Orders, Availability, and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

Same-day or local access options are not guaranteed and may depend on verification status, order timing, inventory availability, and geographic location.

Shipping & Returns

Access to this Site and any products or services offered is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who are legally permitted to access such materials under applicable federal, state, and local laws. Certain areas of the Site and certain offerings may be restricted to verified or approved members. 

 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of the order being placed. After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be cancelled. Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact Advanced Aminos within the 2-hour cancellation window and provide the applicable order information.

 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Advanced Aminos within 24 hours of delivery. To report a damaged shipment, customers must provide clear photographs of the following:

  • The shipping packaging
  • The product vials
  • The packing slip

 Damaged Shipment Reporting Window

All damaged shipment reports must be submitted within the 24-hour reporting window following delivery. Customers should retain the original shipping packaging, product vials, and packing slip until the damaged shipment has been reviewed.

We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate use of the Site at our sole discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is: Incorrect, or Damaged during transit You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the package and product

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Complete Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Advanced Aminos regarding your use of the website.
